Program responsibilities

The Compliance Policy published in the Privacy Portal assigns responsibilities to the company’s teams.

  • Compliance team

    Implements and manages the reporting channel, gathers information relevant to reports, and develops the program’s policies and procedures.

  • Senior management

    Approves and reviews policies, allocates resources to the program and makes decisions on matters referred by the Compliance team.

  • Human Resources

    Provides training and awareness activities, maintains commitment records and assists with investigations described in the policy.

Use the Privacy Portal’s reporting channel to report conduct related to the Code of Ethics and Conduct — Opens in a new tab, internal policies and applicable law. Providing identification in the form is optional.

  1. Open the portal

    In the SinapseTech Privacy Portal, find Canal de denúncia and select Realizar Denúncia to start a report.

  2. Describe your concern

    Enter the facts and relevant information in the form. You may leave the identification fields blank.

  3. Keep your reference number

    Save the reference number provided by the portal and use Acompanhar denúncia to check progress.

Submit conduct reports exclusively through the reporting channel in the Privacy Portal. Do not send report details through the sales contact form.

Can I report without identifying myself?

Yes. The form makes reporter identification optional. You can submit a report without filling in your identification details.

Can people outside the company use the channel?

Yes. The form includes clients, employees, former employees, suppliers and service providers, job candidates and other relationships with SinapseTech.

What situations can I report?

The portal includes categories for ethical concerns, policy violations, misconduct, discrimination or harassment, data privacy, human rights and other situations. Choose the relevant category and describe the facts.

How do I follow up on my report?

Keep the reference number provided by the portal. To check progress, return to the Privacy Portal and select Acompanhar denúncia.

What does the policy say about protection and retaliation?

The Compliance Policy provides for the protection of people who report in good faith and prohibits reprisals against colleagues who report harassment or discrimination. Read the policy in the Privacy Portal.
